AVAILABLE PRODUCTS
All available products meet the European specifications, in order to render services to all parts of Europe. The technical features of the products remain at your disposal.
PRICES OF AVAILABLE PRODUCTS
The featured prices regard payments exclusively in cash. The prices do not include VAT. The e-shop reserves the right to readjust the prices of the available products in the warehouse.
MISCHELLANEOUS
Force majeure: If, due to force majeure (bad weather conditions, strikes, stock shortage), we will not be able to deliver the products within the defined deadline, you will be informed by email.
LIABILITY OF THE ESHOP
Regarding the products received directly by suppliers abroad, we are not liable for eventual imperfections. If any, the products will be returned and the suppliers will be notified.
MODIFICATION OF THESE CONDITIONS
The e-shop reserves the right to modify and renew the transactions’ conditions.
In case of error on registration on the price or the availability of a product, the client will be immediately informed and the e-shop reserves the right to cancel the order.
